Default Seeking Too&die Design Program

Hi,all
We are tool&die designer, our design room:
1. Business :Automobile metal plate parts stamping tool&die design, type: transfer die/progressive die/single station die(including:steel&cast die).
2. Operational level :Metal plate stamping simulation analysis(by AUTOFORM ); tool&die design (UG2.0.3.0 3D design and autocad2004/2006 2D design)
3. Design flow : receive part geometry-stamping techniques analysis-hand up stamping techniques analysis report-confirm(customer)-strip layout-confirm(customer)-3D design-2D drawing-finish.
4. cost: 400 dollars every station. before confirm stamping techniques analysis cost free; before 3D design we should receive 30% total design cost.

Hi there,

Have you considered NX Progressive Die Design/Wizard? NX PDD/W is able to provide you with the complete solution from designing the sheet metal part down to creating the strip layouts and tool/die design. Check out this url.
