Simulation problem developed

I hadn't used I-Deas for about a half year, but when I did and when I ran a straight forward and quite simple tensile test on a round section solid bar I was informed that nbb.exe is not a valid win32 application.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?
I would appreciate any help anyone could offer me.
