Default ! In Top Menu Bar

I am working in a large assembly and I keep seeing an exclamation mark
in the top menu bar after the drawing number. What does this mean. I have
looked and looked in the non user friendly help that comes with UG and cannot
find out why the exclamation mark is there. I have a feeling it means that something has changed on disk while the part was open. Help. I'm working in
NX2 and have been on UG since 1985.

Thanks

Per UG Doc...Note: If a part is out-of-date due to out-of-date mating conditions or WAVE-linked geometry, the system displays an exclamation point next to the part name.
