Tip: The active session - What to remember during advanced session management

It is important to remember that the active session only contains portions of VX files that you are editing (i.e., the file edits) and not the entire contents of each file.

When you perform these session management functions, you are performing them on theactive session and not on VX files.

Also remember that the undo and redo history is only maintained during the active session and that every time a file in the session is saved, the undo/redo history is reset.
