Default Help needed with Reactor

I decided to try a trebuchet/catapult. So far, things are going well. The problem I have now is how to connect the "harness" that will carry the missile to the main arm. Basically I have the weight, main arm, ropes, and now need to connect the harness to the ropes. What connector would be used here? The harness needs to be a cloth object, connected on each end to the ropes. I have tried a number of ways of connecting them, but none have worked. Any help would be gleefully appreciated.

I don't think that it is possible to link ropes to cloth. The best way is create a cloth with ropes together (all in one object) and constrain it to rigid bodies.
