Default Help neededwith eye animation

Can any one tell me what techniques people out there use for animating their characters eyes? I only ask because the eyes in my character are not in a perfect sphere shape but instead shaped using a FFD box (making the eye a weird shape) Is there some way to use a LookAt contraint on the eyes UVW map and using dummys?? or some other way...also are there anyways to do pupil dilation easily. Thanks in advance.

I think you are better of with FFD and LookAtConstraint, altough you could probably wire the UVW offset to the movement of the target.
