How to reset the Preferences?

Hi,
I am having trouble when I have a Plane and I ArcRotate around it, I can only see only one face of it. The other face disappears completely when I rotate to it. I can't even select the plane when I rotate to the other face. Any suggestions would be greatfull.

Hi,
There's an option for "cull backfacing" in the edit menus. Uncheck that and you should be able to see the backsides of your poly/mesh .Check the help files for more info.
