creating new 3D pdf

I created a new pdf, added a view from NX and try to turn on "enable for commenting and analysis in Adobe Reader..." When I do this i get a message that says "You do not have permission to write to this file." I check the File-->Document Properties-->Security and it is set to No Security... Can anybody help with this?

Can you tell me the exact procedure you took to get to that point (e.g., step 1, step 2, etc.)? I want to try to duplicate the error.
