*Performance issues*

[NURBZ]

Well, i am a second year CAD student modeling renders in Rhino3D and Solidworks. I usually use a provided computer at a class, but for the summer i am using my own personal computer. I have Rhino3D on it so far and i am experiencing major lag and crashing of the system. My PC spec's are:

• Home Edition
• Version 2002
• Service Pack 2

*Type*

• Gateway
• MX3230
• Intel(R) Celeron(R) M

*Processor*

• 1.50GHz
• 960 MB of RAM

I am an aspiring CAD Student wanting to better my skills towards a career in AutoCAD. If anyone can suggest a computer that works best with CAD software, that would be greatly appreciated. Any & all suggestions will help! Thanks guys/gals of the 3dcadforums community! Hope to see you all around!
