Default 3D Cad Viewer for Powerpoint?

I have seen this program in the past but I can't for the life of me recall it's name. It allows you to drop a window onto a powerpoint slide with a view of a 3D model or part that can be rotated, panned, zoomed etc as you would in the respective cad program. I thought that it was freeware, but I could be wrong about that. Any ideas? Thanks.
