Make sure that any email process of design work remains within a managed collaboration scheme. Do not simply email design files because they become immediately outdated if new changes are made. By remaining in a managed process, collaboration can protect the correctness of data, speed design cycles and avoid the common and costly mistake of working with designs that are not up to date.
