georeferencing a cad file

Hello friends,

I have a vector file containing features with xyz coordinates. This file regarding to the measurments on the field is a little bit in a wrong place and i need to georeference the file based on a new good set of coordinates. I can perform a 2D georeference ( based on x , y coordinates), but i need to perform the same thing for the z coordinate. Somebody can help me with some sugestions of software that perform 3d georeference of a file?
