problem with cosmosxpress

Hello,

I have a problem wit h cosmosxpress from solidworks (SP3.1).
When i want to use it for my assembly (100parts and 8sub-assembly's).
But when i want to run it, solidworks says:
Cosmosxpress can be used with assemblies only after performing Physical Simulation. Please run physical simulation in SolidWorks then start Cosmosxpress.
This happens only with my assemblies. With parts cosmosxpress works perfectly!.
I am using solidworks for around 3weeks now, before i used Autodesk Inventor (and ansys).

So what must i do next???
