Cool The right amount of detail

It's important to remember not to over detail a model. For example, if you're simulating a construction process there is no need to model a perfect tractor or crane. Simulations and animations will execute and process faster with less detail. Use only enough detail to accomplish the intended task.

Based on the master model concept, always coordinate the amount of detail that is required. There is no sense wasting time modeling details if they are not wanted or needed by others that are to work with your model.
