Find out what happens if the automated procedures fail that are set up by the host ASP to process your 3D CAD data. This could happen if their translator encounters an entity that it cannot process or for many other reasons. Is there sufficient manpower at the host ASP available for human intervention? If intervention is required, how will it effect processing and delivery time? If an additional 2 weeks are required, this may not be acceptable to you.
