New SPAM Trap Installed!

Hello 3DCADForums Members,

In recent weeks we have all noticed that our forums have been attacked repeatedly by spammers trying to use our site to promote their agendas. Many of you have reported and complained about these ugly posts.

This problem IS NOT UNIQUE to our site! Forums across the Web are under attack! Spammers are using online applications to automate the access and posting of trash in current legitimate threads and creating new ones. Other spammers are just individuals trying to get free exposure for their adult and pharmaceutical content.

THIS TRASH WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!

WE HAVE TAKEN STEPS TO ELIMINATE THIS PROBLEM ON OUR FORUMS!

We have researched, located and installed the best spam trap we could find for our vBulletin-based forums. We have already trapped and deleted dozens of attacks from spammers in just the first few days. If you notice that one of your posts is not being displayed right away, it means that you have "triggered" the spam trap. Don't worry, valid posts are moderated and posted to the forums as quickly as possible.

This is the only way currently to deal with this threat.

I always seem to trigger the spam trap when i post from work ....no biggie...
