Mesh to IGES conversion

Having a lot of trouble with turning meshes into solids from complex meshes. My meshes are perfect, no intersections at all. Anyone here experienced that can help or even do it for me? I'd hire them... But I'd still like to know how to do it. I can email them a copy of the STL(can't post, I wouldn't like them to get out). Also these have to fit on an already made piece to accuracy is a must. At least the part that fits on another piece. I suppose that can always be edited.

Mesh to solid

Hello, I think I might be able to help. If not me, one of my co-workers can also assist. I've ran into this problem before plenty of times and the problem is always the same. Let's talk about it. Contact info:
