Bending Inventor part at two different radii?

Hello everybody!!!
I am needing to take a flat, extruded rectangle and roll (bend) the top at a certain radius and the bottom at a smaller radius to form part of a cone. What I want to do is take a drawing from AutoCad, place it in Inventor and extrude it. Then roll (bend) the sheet in said manner and make a circular pattern on the central axis to form a bolted together cone. If there is a way to do this in 3d without taking from 2d, that would be fine, I am open for suggestions. Basically I am using Inventor to make sure the 2d drawings will actually work in the field. Trying to figure this out has been driving me crazy!!! Thank you all in advance.
