I have to work in lathe machining with this file, but the part body is empty and the sketches do not appear, so I can't work with it, hope someone can help
Hi, It is pretty hard to figure out and to give you a solution with this short description. A junior mechanical engineer will probably be able to help you with that.
Based on the tree diagram, it looks like this part file is a copy of the original part. And it was copied as a "dumb solid" with no history. And as you said; no sketches.
But you can easily add you own sketch lying on a plane down the center axis of the part. Use the intersect tool and select the solid to get the exact profile curves you need for turning.
If you need to work in the PartBody: right-click on Body.2 and select the CHANGE PART BODY option.
