Rotating a component with many products

Halo,
We have a component(with a number of products and subproducts) which has to be turned as a whole by 90° to achieve the right orientation(z-axis pointing upwards). could you please suggest the best method to do this. the compass manipulator doesn't seem to help when the component should be rotated as a whole. Please suggest me the best method.

Warm regards,
Simon

Simon, the compass should be able to rotate your component assembly.

Make sure the parent assembly of your component is active (blue), drag and orient the compass, and select the componenent assembly (orange) to rotate it.

Personally, I would change the assembly constraints to re-orient the component permanently. Or, use Snap to re-orient it temporarily.
