3ds max: rigging / envelope problem

Hi guys,

Im currently making a model of a crocodile and is about to rig the model in 3Ds max so that I can animate its movements.
But I have huge problems with the envelope and envelope point for the bones. Anyone who help me ?

In this first picture I have selected the right hand bone, but an envelope point from the chin has also been selected..

When I move the right hand bone the chin therefore follows, which is not intended

I have therefore tried to weigh this point 0 in the weight table

This helps me when I only move the right hand bone, but..

when I then try to move another bone in the body, this point just stays in place in the grid :(

Can anyone help me solve this problem ?
