Can we draw on a specific, preset scale?

Hi there :)
I am trying to draw a funnel that I want to take back into Vectorworks, on my 1:200 plan. At the moment, the only option I have is draw the object then bring it into vectorworks & scale it up A LOT until the desired size.
Please, help! Is there a way to set the scale of my drawing initially so that when I enter my dimensions, it draws the object on the actual scale?
