Hi,
I have UG NX6. I have a line, and a spline, in 3D space, but they do lie in a plane. I want to find the maximum distance between the line and the spline, measuring perpendicular to the line. Can that be done w/o creating a routine that move a perpendicular line around and iteratively measuring the distance? Then just output the coordinate on the spline of the point that was found.
Thanks in advance!
Dave
