I wanted to create a crankshaft in " Functional Modeling part". When I draw a circle in one of the face and use pad to cut a part of body:

1- the first problem is that the profile appears in red color, while it must be green.

2- after clicking ok, not only the body is not cut, but it appears in red color that is the sign of a wrong operation.

please explain what is the problem.

the orange color means it's selected (active)

2- after clicking ok, not only the body is not cut, but it appears in red color that is the sign of a wrong operation.

Red parts mean they are not updated. Also there are 3 update symbols in the tree which also indicates the part needs updating.
