How can I joint of 3 different radius that met at one point ?

One way is to make it with a Fill surface.

First you need to add three curves; one for each side to connect the edge of one fillet to the adjacent edge of the next fillet. Use a Connect Curve for tangency and use the side surface for support.

Then make the Fill surface between the 6 curves (edge, connect, edge, connect, edge & connect), again imposing tangents on the edges to the parent surface.

Thank you so much, I had made lines by connecting points at first to make fill. However using connect curve is much better now
