How to draw a line between these two planes?

I successfully created offset to a plane but failed to draw a line.
 
There are many methods to draw a line. And there are many positions to place the line.


To draw a line (like the red line above) centered on the circle and perpendicular to the plane of the circle:


(you don't need a sketch for this - you can draw directly in space)

1. use the Point command and draw a point in the center of the circle

2. use the Line command and draw a line

- line type: PointDirection
- point: center point of circle
- direction: plane of the circle
- up-to-1: front face of the block
