I randomly constructed 60R arc and 5R fillets like this. But how to construct base angle 80 like in the desired diagram?

What is the center point for 60R arc and How to construct base angle 80 for this diagram? Here R means radius.

My Diagram: base 80 how.JPG

First of all, your sketch is not constrained. You need to define Vertical and Tangent and Coincident conditions, plus probably others. The sketch is not done, till all the geometry is green, not white.

The 80 deg line is tangent to the R5 radius in the bottom corner.

The R60 arc is centered on the bottle centerline (V-axis).
