My problem is to understand if the bolts between the flange of my electric motor and the application can support the impact due to the rotor which get jammed instantly into the case, basically as an impact.
Also, I need to take in consideration the frictions between the two flanges, these should help the bolts.
I have the amount of energy to dissipate (kinetic energy coming from the rotor at established rpm).
Is there any way to simulate it by using Solidwork Premium?
