3D HPD design

I want to make 3D HPD signs having different layouts and style.I took the examples of these signs from HPD signs NYC.The one major problem I am facing is that the final curves after the design are not properly finished.The round shapes are not in proper enlightenment. So how to fix the edges of these signs?
