Default Need help repairing scanned part

I'd like to know how and which modules can I repair the damaged part, and if possible, the small dents / bumps all around (though I think I can manage that with Blender or MeshLab).

First picture is my part, and second is an undamaged original: https://imgur.com/a/9JyABnC

    Thank you for your help!

    Hello bgabbe,

For working with scan (or STL) on CATIA V5 we recommend to our customers the reverse engineering workbenches: Shape Sculptor, Digitized Shape Editor and Quick Surface Reconstruction

But often it is not enough to obtain a perfectly smooth shape, so we also recommend the advanced shape workbenches: Shape Healing, Freestyle and Generative Shape design. (optional but really appreciated to work wit the result)

Here is several example on CATIA 3DExperience (V6), the behavior is very similar in CATIA V5:
    - automatic scan to surface feature: https://youtu.be/Qo6hzCDecfg
    - powerfit: https://youtu.be/CF304T9nECc
    - surface network: https://youtu.be/wZJLotCwYy8
    - remove fillet: https://youtu.be/5rUrmoSDSY0?t=338

    Good luck!

The damaged corner looks pretty simple. You should be able to remove that section and add in a new corner with the basic tools in Part Design.
