Assembly fails at high rpm

I have an assembly of a piston, crankshaft and cylinder. The piston and crankshaft have been animated before and run fine at 5k rpm. When I add the cylinder, the assembly fails when trying to run an analysis, but only over ~60 rpm. Under 60 rpm it runs perfect. I am only running a kinematics analysis, not dynamic. I am running Wildfire 2.0 on a slow computer. Why does it give me an assembly failed at the top and bottom of each cycle only at high rpm?

Thanks for any help.
