PRP Engineer 5: Changing one critical dimension in all the parts of the assembly.

Hello.
I am designing a fairly precise machine out of an aluminum angle bar. I have to draw it now, before we order the actual angle bar, so the exact dimension for the "wings" of the angle bar are not known.

Lets say that I draw an assembly and show it to my boss, but then dimensions of the angle iron are known specifically and I want to substitute them in my drawing.
All the parts are made off the same-dimensioned aluminum angle bar.

(How) Can I change dimensions for the whole assembly with only few variables?
Thanks.
