"Data Not Available"

I want to apply loads on joints on my tube-frame chassis. All recognized joints/endpoints were correct, expected joints/endpoints. The entire model meshed with no issue.

At first try, I had to stabilize the part by using "soft-spring" because the model was unstable (inadequate fixtures even though it was fixed at 4 joints).

After the model was stabilized, the simulation was ready to run.

The simulation progress gradually to about 37%, then quickly runs to 100% and finishes...only to produce an error message: "Data Not Available".

I have found few links regarding this type of error:

Simulation: "Data not available" Error - DASSAULT: SOLIDWORKS 3D Design - Eng-Tips

Assuming my error comes from incorrect file/result allocation, I would like guidance on resolving this issue.

Otherwise, I was hoping people with the same error could chime in, tell their story, and their solution.

Thanks
