Error message in Generative Structural Analysis

Hello all! New here but I hope I can get some help.

I designed a tire and wanted to see how it would deform under a force and looked into the Generative Structural Analysis. Most of the tutorial I could find were for very simple models. When I attempted to do this on my own I kept getting an error message even after trying multiple different approaches to restrain the model. The error message reads:

"Factorized matrix computation.
Singularity detected in rotation (pivot too small)
Possible reasons: missing restraint or connection specifications.
Display rotational vectors to diagnostic the problem."

I found on this forum someone with this problem but the advice given wasn't very clear as what was submitted was vague. So I made a short video showing what exactly I have and hopefully someone can see where I am going wrong. Here is the thread that I found if it will be any help.

Here is the Video I made

Thank you! :)
