Getting started - 2d for cad cutout

Hi I'm looking to make a 2d file in rhino to do a simple cutout on MDF.

I have attached 2 files.. one is the dxf I exported from an illustrator vector where the purple lines are to be cut all the way through and the blue lines are to be lightly etched to a depth of 1mm for a guide of where to place other objects

It says for engravings to add lines to a given layer and specify depth.. I was wondering how I might go about setting a depth of 1mm for all the lines in light blue in rhino.

Thanks,
Tom
