Analysis result (.CATAnalysis) can be exported with Excel?

Hello. I have a question on analysis result in CATIA V5R20.

Can analysis result in CATIA (.CATAnalysis) be exported with an Excel file or something?

What I want to get here is to compare numerically between the original mesh geometry and the deformed mesh geometry.
