Applying logos to a part

Stickers is probably the easiest way to add logos and lettering to 3D parts like the ones shown on your attached image. I believe Stickers are part of the Real Time Rendering workbench.

I've also done it in the past by applying materials to a trimmed section of a face, and using the image as the "material."

If you want to add embossed or engraved lettering and logos (like on the sidewalls of the tires), check out a CATIA add-on called "Type3"
