Can a Smart feature contain multiple bodies?

I seem to be having an issue that after hours couldn't resolve .

I want to make a smart feature and this feature containes multiple boss extrudes that are not merged to to first boss extrudes. Basically means that I have several bodies that all depend fully on the first boss extrude. It seems all logical to me but one way or another I always get the error that can't create feature based on these references. Yet If I take only the first feature , I can make it a smart feature and it works. Yet the moment I try to add the second extrude to the feature it gives me an error. I can not merge the features cause I need the as seperate bodies.

Anyone has a clue what could be wrong?
