Can not recompute a machining operation after a part modification

Hello,

I received a CATProcess that has a modified part in it. I trying to recompute the tool path of the Isoparametric Machining operations using the same existing geometry on the modified part; however, CATIA crashes on me or freezes at 55% (Tool path computation in progress). Does anyone know why this is happening?
