Can not Select Publications

Hi,
In some situations, I can not select publications which are inside a part. However I can select them if they are published at the root product level. WHy is that so?

My other question is: What is the difference between publishing at the part level Vs publishing at the product level?

I'm not sure I understand your question Maher.

What are you doing when you try to select a published feature?

Do you have the correct component active? Are you in the correct workbench?

Are you selecting the published feature in the tree, or from the graphics?
