Cannot knit sheets together problem when creating two part mold

Hey guys,

I am still new to SolidWorks and I am trying to create a two part mold using spoons on GrabCAD. I keep getting this problem of cannot knit sheets together whenever I try to split the mold. I don't understand why this is happening and how to solve it. Could anyone give me some times as to why this problem keeps coming up and how to solve it?
