Circular pattern on helix

Hello. I need to make circular pattern on helix, but i can't.

Idea is to copy small parts along the helix with angle 9 degree
I made start and ending position. Total angle between first and last part is 180 degree.

I tried circular pattern, but that only works in one plane.

Dakki,

CATIA does not have a way to create a pattern along a helix.

You could use a PowerCopy to copy the first "small part" and instantiate it 20 times. You would have to create a series of points along the helix curve, 9° apart. and select each point to powercopy the "small part" perpendicular to the surface.
