Im braking my had for last 3 day draw to draw this shape ion solidworks and I cant figure it out. any help would really helped me

Use a "Boundary Surface" ---> 2 Sketches, one representing the "half" of the "base profile", the second sketch representing the "bulgy shape".

Then do a Boundary Surface, mirror the surface, then "close" the surfaces with an additional "Surface Fill", make a "solid body" out of it ----> done.

Yeah, for this model it's easier to step away from the restraint of having to keep it solid the whole time, create the model surface-by-surface with boundary until it is fully enclosed, then make it solid in the end.
