Drawing doesn’t open or work ((

Hi everybad, i need help, catia drawing doesn’t open singe 2 weeks! Bevor worked normally! And since 2 weeks doesn’t open, when i open drawing, nothing happens, i get always the 3D model page!
can anybody help me?!
Always when i try with File+Open, i get the Error message like in the screenshot here((

Follow the message and use File + New From.

I did, but nothing happened. With File+New Form, the windows for 3D models will oppen but no drafting
