Existing Component... is an unaccessible command

Hello.
I install CATIA in my new IBM Lenovo W500 and i have a problem in Assembly Design. When i want to insert a new existing component, it give's me a error. Please see picture in attachment.

How can i solv this?

Carlos,

I don't see anything wrong based on the screen shot you attached. I assume you inserted all the other parts the same way, so I'm not sure why you can't do it now.

Another way to insert parts into an assembly: open the part by itself in a seperate window. Then copy & paste the part into the assembly.
