Flexible pipe

Hi,

I would like to create a 3d flexible pipe on PRO/E WF2 with 3 specifics attributes :
- length
- extremities positions
- extremities angles

So I need to root a pipe with those informations, I tried to use splines but I can't fix the length !

Could you please help me or give me some ideas to make it ?
