formula and coordonates in catia

Hi everyone,
I am working on a project of calculating the response of a cistern to the water load. I want to introduce the pressure of the water applied to the cistern's walls but it must be variable with the altitude ( F=rho*g*z).
But I don't know how to define this formula in catia (especially the cote z).
Please could anyone help me.

I am not sure about the varying pressure. but for udl i know it is "distributed force " option in the loads toolbar in the analysis workbench.
