Get Excel to read Catia points/data

Hi!

I wonder if I can have a live link between Catia and Excel with ONLY reading functionality?
I have some points in a Catia part, that I want to get the coordinates for, in Excel. Though, I do NOT want excel do be the parent and decide the positions of the points. I only want Excel to read the coordinates from Catia live (updating when points in Catia is updated). The reason is that the points can not be created from coordinates, it has to have other parents/constraints.

Is it possible?! If not, this would be a really desirable function!
