please if someone knows that the part dimensions in CATIA can be controlled by Matlab interactively and the new part be sent to Matlab to export it to another FEM software ? ABAQUS ? how is it possible ?

As i know you can do it by using Design Table in CATIA. The Design table uses Microsoft Excel to communicate between the dimensions or data. Then, connect the Excel file to Matlab. It is such that if you save the files/ rewrite the save the excel file, then use CATIA to update the design. Next, use the export option in either matlab or catia that can sync with FEM software.
Or maybe you could sove it by using Visual Basic within CATIA.
