Import ECAD copper traces

Hi
Is it possible to import ECAD copper traces. Is anyone doing this and if so how long does it take to import a complex board with a 2000+ traces?
 
Sure, you can import the trace data into CATIA, as long as it's in a STEP, IGES, or DXF format.

Check the ECAD software you're using - there might be a direct converter to CATIA.

Speed depends on how fast your computer is, but I would guess it would take less than a few minutes.
